Custom Water Glass for McColl Center Gallery

This was a custom installation made prior to Jarvi’s 2019 AiR at McColl Center for Art + Innovation. Hambidge Water Memories was designed to activate, specifically to “flow” in this MCAI space of 2nd-floor gallery. The artist continues to be inspired by “green” outdoor waters during her 2018 residency at The Hambidge Center.

Hambidge Water Memories. Kiln glass — wall mounted with Hang Your Glass hardware. Shown installed at McColl Center for Art + Innovation [with Urban Eddy Movement on the furthest wall]. Each section is 10’ wide. (Nine glass rounds range from 5.5” to 17.25” in diameter by varying depths from the wall.)
