• Art ships within 7 days. You'll be notified with tracking number when in route.

• If in Charlotte, have the artist deliver your painting — instead of shipping. (Contact Jarvi to set up.)

• We have a full refund policy minus the shipping charges. (No painting has ever been returned.)

• This refund policy applies only if returned artwork is in original condition as when shipped by artist. 
  

• Artwork should be returned in original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please notify the artist.

• If package is damaged when received by the buyer, take pictures and contact the artist immediately.
